Animal Identification: Premises ID

• An identifiable physical location that represents a unique geographic area or represents the producer contact location when extensive grazing operations exist (ie. farms, auction houses, and slaughter plants).
• Management and reporting of the Premises IDs will be the responsibility of the Department of Agriculture in each state.
• Each location will be issued a 7 digit alphanumeric ID number.
